100th Annual Chincoteague Pony Swim

This gallery captures the extraordinary 100th Annual Chincoteague Pony Swim, where herds of wild ponies, led by powerful stallions, make their way across the water. Through fine art photography, I focused on the dynamic moments of the swimming race—the horses turning in the current, battling horseflies, and moving as a coordinated team. It’s a vivid glimpse into this unique migratory event and the natural spirit of these quarter horses.
